Who we are

This website is run by Louie Sinclair Digital FZ-LLC, a free zone limited liability company registered with the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone Authority (RAKEZ), licence number 47034812, registered office CWEP9040, Compass Building, Al Shohada Road, Al Hamra Industrial Zone-FZ, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. We are responsible for the personal data described in this notice.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry, we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, company name, website address, the service you are interested in and your message.

The calculators on this site run in your browser. The figures you enter are not sent to us or stored.

Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the site and protect it from attacks.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure visits to the site. It collects page views and general information such as browser type and country, without cookies and without identifying you.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and, if you ask us to, prepare a quote
• To provide services if you become a client
• To keep the website secure

We do not sell your data, and we do not add you to a mailing list without your consent.

Legal basis

We process enquiry data with your consent and to take steps you have asked for before entering a contract. Where UK or EU data protection law applies, we rely on consent, contract and our legitimate interest in running a secure website.

Who we share it with

• Cloudflare, which hosts this website, measures visits and delivers enquiry form messages to us
• Google, which provides the email inbox where we receive enquiries

These providers may process data outside the UAE, the UK and the EU. We use providers that offer appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

How long we keep it

If your enquiry does not lead to work, we delete it within 12 months of our last contact with you.

If you become a client, we keep your details for as long as the relationship lasts and afterwards for as long as UAE law requires us to keep business records. We then delete them.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to see the data we hold about you, correct it, have it deleted, object to or restrict how we use it, and withdraw your consent at any time. In the UAE, these rights come from Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data. If you are in the UK or EU, you also have rights under the UK GDPR or EU GDPR and can complain to your data protection authority.

We will update this notice if the way we use personal data changes, and show the date of the latest version at the top of this page.
